Architectural Design

Spencer Atelier provides residential design services for custom homes, cabins, additions, and remodels, shaping each project around the people who will live there and the character of its setting. Our work begins with understanding your goals, exploring the possibilities of the site or existing home, and developing floor plans, exterior forms, and architectural details that bring those ideas together. From early concepts and feasibility studies through design development and construction documentation, we balance creative exploration with practical considerations of space, materials, construction, and budget. We collaborate with homeowners, builders, and project consultants to create a clear path from initial vision to a coordinated design. Whether you are planning a new home, expanding an existing one, or reimagining its layout and character, our approach emphasizes thoughtful proportions, comfortable living, and details that give each home a lasting sense of belonging.
